Should the reason be for inadequate references then the Payment of Intent will be refunded less the Administration and Referencing Fee detailed above £50.00 per applicant.
Security deposit: A deposit is required as security throughout the term of the tenancy. It is protected with The Dispute Service and is equivalent to one and a half months rent.
Rent: This is payable monthly in advance.
Check out fee payable at the end of the tenancy which is usually taken from the Deposit.  The cost of this will vary depending on the size of the property (1 bedroom £90, 2 bedrooms £100, 3 bedrooms £110, 4 bedrooms £160, 5 bedrooms £205, 6 bedrooms £250.00.  All fees are subject to VAT).
