'This is simply the best place we have lived in. It is so convenient and it felt as if we were in a smart New York condiminum. It's really well kept, the concierge is very friendly and helpful and although we met the owner only once, they were lovely. When friends came round, they thought that we had a fantastic place to live, which it was. It is great for entertaining and at night the twinkling city lights make it really speciial.'

Why does the owner like the apartment?

'I was very fortunate to live here when I was working in London. I fell in love with the place and it just made me feel really happy. Not everybody likes living in an apartment block but it such a unique building inspired by the architecture of the famous Laban Dance Academy next door. Everything is so close and convenient too. The late night supermarket is only over the road and Waitrose is a short wallk just over Creek Bridge. It only takes 5 mins to wallk into Central Greenwich and one of London's best known Comedy Clubs and Madre Pinzeria for authentic homemade pizza and pasta (watch them make it in the kitchen downstairs).'
