Turn off the A394 at the crossroads beside the Chinese Restaurant towards Perranuthnoe and drive down the hill to the village. Whilst the property has vehicular access, for Viewing Purposes please park in the village and proceed on foot to the land. You can park on the side of the road before the 30mph speed restriction sign, or at the beach-side carpark. From the 30mph sign continue for about 50 yards and take the fork to the right. proceed past the church (ignore the turning to the left) and on the outskirts of the village continue on to the stone lane with an Except For Access sign. Continue for 80m down the stone lane, pass the house on the righthand side and the land will be found on the left immediately before a path branches off the track. A For Sale Board has been erected.
