You will be asked to complete an application form and providesupporting evidence subject to circumstances to include but not limited to photographic identification andproof of address. A member of staff will be able to discuss your individual circumstances and the resultingrequirements.Holding Deposit:One week’s rent. This is to reserve a property. Please note: This will be withheld if any relevant person(including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materiallysignificant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed ofGuarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing). ALandlord may opt not to take a Holding Deposit in order to keep the property on the market and assess allpotential tenancies during the referencing process.Damage Deposit / Security Deposit (per tenancy. Rent under £50,000 per year):The equivalent of five weeks’ rent.
