A note from the owners.

We moved into the house when we had our first child and if it wasn't for an opportunity arising (to buy some land with our extended family and build our forever home), we wouldn't have any intention of moving. This has been the perfect home to start our family. With the beautiful park in front of the house, the ease of having everything on our doorstep (shops, leisure centres, parks) and our genuinely wonderful neighbours, it's going to be very hard to say goodbye. 

The location is ideal. We always say we're “within 7 minutes” from anything we need, whether that's our daughter's nursery (recently awarded Outstanding by Offsted), the train station, the doctors, Chineham Retail Park or Festival Place. We both work in Reading which is a very easy commute and the trains to London are fast and frequent too. Along with being lovely to look-out on, the park on our doorstep is a real delight. Perfect for runs after work or taking our daughter to the playground. 

The home itself has been just what we need. Spacious, cosy and perfect for entertaining. The hidden spot in the garden with the hot tub is one of our favourite parts and something we are leaving behind for you to enjoy. Other small features that we love are how fast the internet is (900mbs download speed) and our Water Softener System and Filtered Water Tap in the kitchen.
