Owner's Thoughts

We have loved living in this home, especially the peaceful cul-de-sac location which is so lovely and is also a safe place for children to play plus the convenience of being so close to schools and a wide range of amenities, you can just walk to the restaurants and the retail park, everything is just so close by. Since we bought the property we have lovingly made it our home and a haven and a place to retreat and relax after a long day at work and also a place to enjoy entertaining family and friends. The 3 double bedrooms were a must for us having children whilst they lived at home and now for family and friends stay-overs. The kitchen is a chef's dream, and an excellent place for entertaining the last 2 Christmases. We seated 12 people around our table in the kitchen diner. The gardens have provided a beautiful space for relaxation and are maintenance friendly and being south facing is also a sun trap; it is such a beautiful place to sit quietly on a summer's evening or for entertaining our friends and family. We have added an EV charging point and it has been a fantastic addition for our electric car. We have loved and maintained our home meticulously, making it ready for the next owners to be able to move right in. We hope you love it as much as we do!
