This includes a high spec dedicated '1 bed annexed apartment' as well as environmentally high spec 'Air Conditioned Summerhouse - with office and ensuite' made from Mahogany, Laurel, Teak and Mango woods all imported from India... the garden is our favourite room of the house, all zoned with integrated heaters and incredibly comfortable and practical when hosting garden parties, BBQs and space for a 'live band'.. Internally, we tried to create a real 'inside-out' feel. Bright open plan, with heated floors and full spanning electric blinds for whatever the mood. Not withstanding the bi-fold window to the lounge the works excellently when connecting the sun lounge area outside to the largest TV in the house. Of the 4 bedrooms, upstairs we dedicated the most space to the adults bedroom that boasts en-suite and dressing area with dedicated wardrobes for his and her pleasure.
