Please note, the ground floor bedroom and ensuite are locked off by the owner (available to book on request), however upstairs has three good-sized bedrooms each with their own bathroom  and each with differing and spectacular views across the garden and surrounding land.

The terrace outside is spacious and sheltered; a superb spot to sunbathe, enjoy a cooling drink or enjoy some al fresco dining. There is are adjacent lawns and the entire garden has been carefully considered and beautifully nurtured. If you did want to go further afield that are several pubs within a country walk, while the delights of Burford and the rest of the Cotswolds proper literally a mile or two up the road.
