With a 10-month season, Lynmouth Holiday Retreat provides you, your family, and friends with a hassle-free base, to enjoy a relaxing stay or a beach break without the need for international travel.

The Portland Lodge is set on a prominent plot, with far-reaching views of the rolling hills of the Exmoor National Park and the English Channel. The Portland Lodge enjoys a large front and side decking for you to enjoy those summer evening BBQs, as well as an allocated adjacent parking spot.

Lynmouth Holiday Retreat is an award-winning, family-operated holiday park set in the Exmoor National Park, offering a wide variety of local walking routes from the Retreat. The Retreat also benefits from live-on wardens, a small, essentials and gift shop in reception, and a local pub a short walk away. The Retreat is the perfect base to explore the local towns of Lynton and Lynmouth as well as the popular beachside resorts of Woolacombe and Croyde.

Stepping into the lodge via your large decking, you access the lobby area with a small store, with a built-in washing machine, which also provides the perfect spot to hang up wet coats and dirty boots after a walk down to Watersmeet. The main living area of the accommodation consists of a large open plan living room, dining area, and kitchen at the front of the lodge. The room benefits from large bay windows and sliding doors leading out onto the decking, flooding the room with natural light.

The lounge enjoys quality freestanding furniture, with a built-in fireplace and a large media unit. Behind this is the dining area with storage. Opposite, is the kitchen, which is set away behind a large kitchen bar, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has all the usual integrated quality appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, and full-size fridge freezer.

Towards the rear of the lodge is the sleeping accommodation. The master bedroom occupies one corner with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower with WC. The second bedroom is a full-size twin room, also with a large built-in wardrobe. The Portland lodge also enjoys a family bathroom.

The Portland Lodge has the full benefit of the Willerby manufacturers warranty, covering various items of the lodge from one to twelve years!

Please note, you cannot live on-park, you must have a primary residence elsewhere. All lodges are offered as holiday homes.
