Seller's Story - Stivichall Croft has been our family home for nearly 25 years. We have loved living in our home with many happy memories like watching the children grow up, our experience here has been nothing short of fantastic. It is a very bright home letting in lots of sunshine and is cosy in the winter. Coventry train station and the city centre are less than 15 minutes walk with excellent schools on the doorstep, it is a perfect location for kids to grow up. Our garden is fantastic, it is very long and we have some lovely hedges and trees with an array of colours, it is so relaxing and calm. Memorial Park is across the woods which is ideal and we have been on numerous bike rides in the area, and plenty of garden parties in the summer months also.

Our favourite room would have to be the orangery. with lovely views of the garden. We can't forget the study however, which is very peaceful to work from, despite our youngest son converting it into his gym room for a short while. The driveway is also a highlight and always receives positive comments with its practicability.

During our time in Stivichall Croft we have hosted many great dinner and birthday parties - including an event that allowed us to invite over 100 guests to share our home and garden with. We have loved that we can be in the city centre, Kenilworth and Leamington within a few minutes. Local village pubs are so easily accessible also. The local schools are excellent with Finham Park and King Henry III making our morning school drives incredibly easy.

We will miss our neighbours and sense of community. We have made many friends over the years and seen more younger families move into the Croft which is very heat-warming. A move into Warwickshire village is now our goal.
