This entry level four bedroom home should be ideal for the younger family market and in our opinion offers good value for money.

We have loved living in Hartley for over 20 years and were first attracted to the property as it was in a small close of just six houses. We are incredibly lucky to have very friendly neighbours on both sides. There are great schools locally, and we are within walking distance of Longfield Station, the shops, dentist, doctor’s surgery, and much more.
We are moving to Bexhill as we have family in the area and fell in in love with the town after several visits. And it’s close to the sea!
