Letting Information

RENT The Premises are available by way of a Agreement at a rent of £450 per calendar month, payable monthly in advance. DAMAGE DEPOSIT A Damage Deposit of £450 will be payable prior to commencement of the lease. This will be returned to the Tenant following the end of the lease, subject to conditions. SERVICES It is understood that metered mains electricity and water supplies, and a private drainage system, are connected to the property, as well as broadband services, however these services have not been tested by the Agents. Interested parties should make their own enquiries. There will be no charges for water or drainage. If a telephone service is utilised, the Tenant will be responsible for bills. Electricity use will be metered privately, and charges due direct to the Landlord. VAT All figures quoted are EXCLUSIVE of VAT if applicable.
