OWNERS INSIGHT
"We have owned Torwood Gables for 20 years and used it as a holiday home before letting it out. Great location in a quiet leafy neighbourhood of mostly Victorian properties and some substantial private homes. Easy walking access to the town, harbour and Meadfoot Beach with access to shops on the Babbacombe Road. An allocated off street parking space directly outside the front door is a rare benefit for most properties close to the town. Originally a Victorian school then converted into 9 small houses in the 1980’s. Many of the original features of the school are visible and give the house a lot of character. The reverse level layout with bedroom on the ground floor means the living room on the first floor benefits from the high vaulted ceiling. We have enjoyed owning this delightful property full of character and will make a great home for someone or a holiday getaway."

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
