Foul Drainage Scheme
Prior to the occupation of the proposal, the foul drainage scheme shall be<br />constructed and completed in strict accordance with the approved Nutrient<br />Neutrality Mitigation Assessment (ref no. 24-145E001) submitted on 15th March<br />2024. Upon this completion of the foul drainage scheme, the applicant shall inform<br />the Local Planning Authority.
