The bedroom, located up a flight of stairs, is bright and airy, with large windows that allow plenty of natural light to stream in. Additionally, there is one well-appointed bathroom with ample storage space and a walk-in enclosed shower.

The living area is sleek and inviting, with wooden flooring and a comfy grey sofa that doubles as a sofa bed for an additional guest. You'll find a dining table for two, a television (please note, no streaming channels), and French doors that open onto a lovely balcony – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The well-equipped modern kitchen boasts built-in appliances, which are ideal for preparing your meals at home.

Off-site Parking: There is pay-and-display parking available from 09:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. This is located in front of the property and can also fit an SUV.
