With a foot on both sides of the pond in Paris and London, we do offer some unrivalled opportunities. We’ve brought a real entrepreneurial mind-set and some manners from the continent to fully meet your own specific needs. Our standard fees are:- Sales      Sole Agency - 1.5% + VAT (i.e. 1.8%) Multiple Agency - 2% + VAT (i.e. 2.4%)   Lettings Letting Only - 10% + VAT (i.e. 12%) Rent Collection - 11% + VAT (i.e. 13.2%) Management - 16% + VAT (i.e. 19.2%)  Fees are taken monthly in advance or in line with the rental payments, whichever is greater. Administration fees - £250 + VAT (i.e. £300) Renewal administration fees - £75 + VAT (i.e. £90)
