Organised over 94.8 square metres (1021 sq ft) this immaculately presented third-floor double-facing apartment comprises a master bedroom with ensuite facilities, two good-sized double bedrooms, a semi-separated fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, a family bathroom and a large double aspect living room with access to the balcony. This large outside space can also be accessed from one of the bedrooms and offers stunning views of Greenwich including partial views of Greenwich Park, the Greenwich Observatory and the River Thames. There is ample storage space throughout the property including a built-in wardrobe in the master suite. The flat comes with a parking space in the garage situated under the development. The parking space includes an electric charging point.

The apartment is situated in a sought-after development which comprises a 24-hour concierge, gymnasium, swimming pool and tennis court. The development also benefits from access to a well-maintained communal garden and kids playground areas. Several grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and an Ofsted Outstanding nursery are within a few minutes- walk from the apartment.

This Riverside development is located in a sought-after area between Greenwich Village and the O2. Greenwich Village and Royal Park are within walking distance. Maritime Greenwich is a UNESCO World Heritage site encompassing The Royal Naval College, The Queens House and National Maritime Museum as well as the Greenwich Observatory. The Village is filled with big brand shops and amenities including an M&S Foodhall, Waitrose, a Picturehouse Cinema, many restaurants, bars and coffee shops as well as the famous Greenwich Market. Greenwich is well catered for culturally – the old Royal Naval College grounds now house The Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and Greenwich Theatre is still going strong. There is the Greenwich Comedy Festival in the college grounds in September and an ice skating rink at Christmas.

The O2 is situated within walking distance of the development. It contains concert halls, outlet stores, many bars and restaurants, and entertainment and leisure facilities.

Iverson Point is conveniently located within easy reach of several public transport stations including the North Greenwich station – the Jubilee line which is about 10-15 mins away by bus or 20-25 minutes by foot, with part of the journey going along the River Thames Path. The Maze Hill mainline station is a 10-15 mins walk away with trains that go towards central London; including London Bridge, Farringdon and London St Pancras International. Finally, the Cutty Sark DLR station (which can easily take you to Canary Wharf and the Elizabeth Line) is a six-minute bus ride or 15 mins walk from the apartment.

What the owners say : We loved our 4 years at Iverson Point! We were the first and only people to live here and have taken excellent care of our beloved home. The property-s many floor-length windows make it very bright even on a gloomy day, and the property-s orientation means we get the sun from early in the morning until mid-afternoon. Even after four years, we still enjoyed the breathtaking views from the lounge or the balcony. We made very good use of the South-East facing balcony where we had many breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The double-glazed windows make it really quiet and we hardly hear noise from upstairs or side neighbours. We also had professionally installed fully fitted blackout blinds in two of the three bedrooms. We have never slept as well in London as since we moved to this apartment. It also has very good heat insulation in winter, and the extraction system means it never feels damp or dusty in the flat. We regularly travel for work or holidays, staying in Airbnb accommodations or hotels, and we have rarely found the same level of luxury and comfort. One month after moving in, we installed a water softener for the flat as we noticed limescale build-up after two weeks. Having the water softener has kept our appliances in excellent condition. There is also a regular tap in the utility cupboard if you need regular tap water (e.g., for pets, for sterilising baby bottles or watering plants).

The amenities are great and having a gym and a pool in the development was such a plus for us and pushed us to stay active despite demanding jobs and long working hours.

The River Gardens is a good representation of London-s demographic with a good mix of British and international residents from various age groups. There is a vibrant community at the River Gardens with many active and diverse groups including an event group supporting local charities, a tennis group and groups for people who have children, dogs or cats. We are sad to leave many friends and great neighbours. We never really imagined how living nearby water could be such a benefit, but we quickly realised how relaxing it can be, especially in a hectic city. Both of us regularly worked from home and we often went to the private garden or the little “beach” at the end of a sunny day to enjoy an ice cream or a drink. There are many great coffee shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Some of our favourite places are the River Gardens Cafe, the Black Eye Coffee, Grind, the Cutty Sark pub, the Trafalgar Tavern, Midpoint and SticksnSushi. Dark Sugars is a must for ice cream in summer, and hot chocolate in winter.

When we bought this flat 4 years ago, we envisioned living there for 10 or 20 years and we would have if we weren-t moving abroad for work. We hope you will enjoy living there as much as we did!
