The Seller's View
We have lived in Saughall for 50 years, 39 of which we have been at this property. The main attraction for me was the garden and the plans we had to extend the house into what is a lovely family home and we have loved living here. In winter time we light a real fire in our front room on a regular basis which is so cosy and relaxing. It has been an ideal place to bring up our two children who attended the highly rated junior school. The village itself has everything you could wish for with a real community atmosphere whether it be walking through the woods and fields, or joining one of the many clubs/activities on offer. There is a regular bus service to Chester and the village itself has a Co-op, Pharmacy and several other businesses.

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
