A beautifully presented historic farmhouse with characterful, generous accommodation throughout, which has been impeccably modernised in keeping with the style of the property. The property is approached from a country lane which leads to the property and the neighbouring working farm, and the gated entrance leads to a level parking and turning area with plenty of parking space for vehicles.

The front door is protected from the elements via a canopy porch, which leads into the entrance hallway with understairs storage cupboard and door into the impressive 5.63 x 5.56m reception room enjoying a substantial Inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove inset, and a striking view to the front to the glorious Mid-Wales countryside.

The entrance hallway also gives access into the 5.61 x 4.49m kitchen/dining room with quality fixtures and fittings throughout, including a 1½ bowl sink, Rayburn, built-in electric cooker and a larder cupboard to one side. From here, we go back in time to the original part of the farmhouse, through a lobby with character staircase to the first floor, and into a stunning reception room, subdivided into two rooms by original beams, offering windows to the front and rear, the original entrance door, a bread oven, a small woodburning stove and oozes character and charm.

The staircase from the entrance hallway leads up to a landing which would be plenty big enough to also be a home office, and this in turn leads on to two double bedrooms, and a family bathroom. The main bedrooms enjoys two built-in wardrobes and measures 5.68 x 4.75m. The stone spiral staircase rising from the lobby leads on to a family shower room and double bedroom measuring 4.63 x 4.00m which is accessed through a second landing/occasional bedroom, which measures 3.14 x 3.12m.

Externally, the property boasts the aforementioned parking area to the front, which is flanked by manicured gardens. There is plenty of privacy from the neighbouring farm behind, as well as ample seating and lawned areas to enjoy the setting of peaceful, rural Mid-Wales.
