addition to the administration fee, a financial Guarantor is required by
landlords accepting Student Applicants (Tenant) or from applicants that are
about to begin their first full time employment after completing college or
university.

Guarantor
Fee £108.00 (inclusive of VAT &#64; 20%), in the event that a Guarantor fails a
credit check, we will process only one further new Guarantor application,

Administration

HANDOVER
OF A PROPERTY

When
the Applicant has been successfully vetted and referenced prior to the

an advance fee to cover the checkout will be payable by the applicant prior to
the commencement of the tenancy. This cost is £118.00 (inclusive of VAT).
