Having now having completed a full renovation we are delighted with the end result and absolutely love the bespoke features we have added. 

As part of the full works we have completely refurbished the house: to include; Two new bathrooms, addition of the garage, an office and home gym. We have installed air conditioning to all bedroom areas and have bespoke Phillips Hue remote lighting systems for the house and gardens. We have fully landscaped the front and rear gardens to give the immaculate finish you will now see. We have absolutely loved the project and have methodically designed each aspect. 

Upon entering you are greeted with a spacious hallway leading to our modern stylish kitchen, a great size and well equipped with all you need, to include a sizeable pantry. We have a separate utility room which is ideal for family life. 

Downstairs we have a generous size dining room, WC and a further two reception rooms. We love having friends and family over and the flow of the home makes it perfect to host guests. We have very much enjoyed as a family all gathering around the open fire in the winter for those cosy nights in. 

We have a home office as well as a gym. Each room is generous in proportion and can be used for a multitude of purposes. 

Leading outside is our private enclosed rear garden, we have a patio area as well as open space and our luscious lawn which we have tended too and taken great care of. We very much enjoy our hot tub on those glorious summer nights. The garden is peaceful, tranquil and private. 

Our master bedroom has an en-suite and dressing area with lots of built in storage. We have a further 4 good size bedrooms. 

Our re-fitted family bathroom is contemporary in design with feature tiling and lighting – it is truly beautiful. 

Our driveway is sizeable as well as the garage for parking multiple cars. 

Our home is perfectly situated in a very friendly neighbourhood – there is a real sense of warmth and community here. On the doorstep you will find family friendly village pubs serving wonderful food, beautiful countryside walks, and amazing farm shops and butchers. We are around a ten minute or so drive to the A10 or Bishops Stortford offering good transport links for the train line as well as boutique shops, restaurants and amenities. We have an array of good local schools. 

We will be saddened to say goodbye to this home but the time has come for pastures new. 

Agents opinion – when I entered this property through the gates I was blown away. The house is truly unique and offers so much – the level of detail the sellers have gone to as part of the renovations is outstanding and this home truly is a credit to their hard work. The garden is spectacular peaceful and tranquil with the sound of birds song. I cannot wait to show you around this truly stunning home.
