8 years ago I had the opportunity to acquire a good size portion of land so I could build my dream house and I did just that! Full of bespoke features, unique in design we built Philbeck House! Our family bathroom is a great size and again continues the modern clean feel in design. 

Our home is perfectly situated and benefits from an array of amenities on the door step. There are stunning scenic walks and parks for dog walking as well as cycle paths. We are close to the picturesque old town bustling with restaurants bars and boutique shops – the leisure park full of entertainment and eateries. Ideal for the commuter we are within an easy walking distance of the train station with its high speed links to London within 30 minutes. It is a lovely friendly neighbourhood. We are also in the catchment area to good local schools. 

 

The time has come for pastures new and to let someone else enjoy all this home has to offer!
