BEAUTIFUL 2 DOUBLE BEDROOM BUNGALOW ON A QUIET ROAD IN A LOVELY AREA. WITH A LANDSCAPED GARDEN, SINGLE GARAGE AND PARKING FOR TWO VEHICLES, THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT CHOICE FOR SOMEONE LOOKING FOR SINGLE LEVEL, PEACEFUL LIVING IN A WELL LOOKED AFTER PROPERTY.
Our Agent Mikaela Says:
“This really is such a lovely bungalow. You can tell it’s been loved and cared for over the years. The living room is such a bright, welcoming and comfortable space, with sliding doors into a lovely large conservatory that leads out into a beautifully landscaped, south facing garden. I think my favourite thing about this home is the conservatory, it spans the width of the house and its more like an actual room as there are plastered walls, meaning it feels more part of the home whilst still feeling like you’re bringing the outside in. There are two spacious double bedrooms that look out to the quiet street at the front of the property and a modern shower room too. The garden is a real feature of the home, its mostly paved with porcelain tiles, with raised beds full of gorgeous mature shrubs, bushes and trees. A lovely bungalow in a peaceful area not to be missed!”
Our Sellers Thoughts:
“My late parents have lived in the bungalow for almost 40 years! Aston is a great village to live in with a good village school and in the catchment for Chellaston secondary school. There is a range of good amenities in Aston including a doctors surgery, pubs, bistro, shops and a post office, and a range of local clubs and activity groups catering for all ages. Aston has a real community spirit with many residents having lived in the village over several generations.”
The Area:
Aston-On-Trent is a peaceful South Derbyshire village a short distance from Chellaston, it’s a thriving village with plenty in the calendar for the family! The annual Well Dressing Festival takes place each year in July, where many locals head over to enjoy the stalls and entertainment. The primary school in the village is Aston On Trent Primary and sits in the catchment for Chellaston school too. A beautiful rural location close enough to amenities but far enough out of the hustle and bustle to provide a calm environment.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on June 29, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on June 29, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area
