Viewing

Welcome to Peasmead, Buntingford!

When we first viewed this property, we instantly fell in love – it was the friendly, welcoming feel as we entered – it felt like home and all these years on we still love what this home has to offer.

Upon entering you will love the tucked away feel at the end of the cul-de-sac it is peaceful and tranquil and we love that nobody walks or drives past adding to the serene feel.

As you walk through the door you are greeted with a welcoming hallway leading to the sizeable lounge – bright and airy with a clean contemporary feel. The perfect space to relax and unwind with a glass of wine after a busy day!

Following on from the lounge is our well-equipped kitchen with our dining room. It is a wonderful area to host friends and family with views over the garden.

Our garden is private and enclosed and again is tranquil with the sound of bird’s song – during our time here we have put a lot of time into improving the garden and we love the end result. We have a lovely patio and seating area as well as our luscious green grass we have tended too over the summer months.

Leading upstairs you will find two double bedrooms, bedroom 1 has built-in storage which is great as well as fabulous views of the open countryside.

We have a modern bathroom with a bath & overhead shower and feature tiled shelf to continue the clean aesthetic throughout.

With the property there are two allocated parking spaces.

Our home is perfectly situated with its tucked away private location but close to an array of local amenities in and around Buntingford – the village has a lovely community feel with the Christmas market upcoming and a classic car show we had this year. There are a variety of pubs and restaurants as well as good local schools. We have beautiful scenic walks and rolling countryside in and around the area. It has so much to offer, and we love the friendly neighbours and village life. VIEWING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

AGENTS OPINION – When I first approached Peasmead I was blown away by the exterior the house is full of character and charm and when I entered, I immediately felt at ease and relaxed. This home offers so much and is the type you could move into and just unpack thanks to the seller’s home improvements and renovations. This really is a must see and I can’t wait to show you around – any excuse for me to visit again!

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
