OWNER INSIGHT

"Magnolia cottage was a warm and cosy home for us and our two small children, it’s in a lovely area with a good school and good neighbours and is easy to heat and simple to maintain. The bright and airy upstairs space was perfect for running a small business. The little courtyard is a morning sun trap ideal for enjoying a coffee and doing a bit of paperwork in peace. It is a pleasant 20min walk to Wellswood shops, the post office, and the park. The fact it is tucked away makes it very peaceful at night when all you can hear are the owls. One thing we particularly valued was how easy it was to go away for a holiday or a weekend and not worry about security; it’s a very stress free place to lock up and leave, and equally lovely to come back to. We decided to move after our children and business outgrew the space and let it for a number of years and it’s now time for someone else to enjoy its charms."
