TENURE & OCCUPATION
When purchasing a lodge one enters into a License agreement, full details of which are available via we, the agent. The current Pitch Fees are £5580 per annum. Lodges are for recreational and holiday use only and must not be used as a principal residence.

West Oxfordshire District Council. Rates are paid quarterly in advance 2024/25 £1,589.40 (£397.35 quarterly)
