The Cross has an excellent selection of quality independent retailers as well as a Marks and Spencers food hall. Just south of The Cross is Bearsden railway station with its regular services to the West End and City Centre including a service to Edinburgh Waverley. School catchment is for Bearsden Primary and the high-performing Bearsden Academy. Also in Bearsden is St Nicholas’ primary school and the private High School of Glasgow Junior School.
