Some words from the owner:
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR HOME?
We love the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and create a bright atmosphere. The spacious interior has a modern aesthetic and features a great kitchen with high-quality appliances. The fact that the flat is warm during winter months is a top priority for us. We also enjoy the nice balcony that provides an excellent outdoor space for relaxation and dining, especially during warmer months.
WHY ARE YOU SELLING?
We're only moving as we've recently had our first baby therefore we need more space.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE AREA?
We absolutely love the area. It has everything we need, including plenty of great cafes and coffee shops. We especially enjoy going to the Pophams bakery for their divine pastries and Bobo and Wild for their delicious brunches. There's an easy access to Angel High Street and Camden Passage, which are both known for their fantastic shops and boutiques. We enjoy exploring the area and finding unique items to add to our home. The proximity to these shopping destinations adds an extra level of convenience to our living situation, making it easy to run errands and find everything we need without having to travel far.
There's also a great park across the road. Recently, a new activity centre has opened up, where we go swimming and playing badminton.
We also love the fact that there is a beautiful canal located just across the road. This provides us with a picturesque environment to enjoy walks, or simply relax by the water.
The transport connections in the area are fantastic. You're just a short walk from Old Street station and the Northern Line with great connections into the City of
London, West End and beyond. Hoxton, Haggerston and Essex Road stations are also within easy walking distance.
Overall, we love the area because of its vibrant and lively atmosphere, with plenty of great amenities and easy access to transport links. It's a perfect location for us to enjoy everything the city has to offer.
