The flat's location is perfect as it has great transport links. East Croydon is just a 13-15-minute walk, and you can get to Central London or Gatwick in just 15 minutes. West Croydon is also just 15 minutes away and the London Overground is available, which is an option for industrial action days. The bus stop is just a few steps away from the door and the Tram stop is just 5 minutes away. The Croydon Food Quarter is just down the corner with lots of amazing restaurants and pubs.
The rooftop garden is amazing, a really nice place to; enjoy a nice drink, watch the sunset, have a nice conversation with friends or family, meet other residents or read a nice book. The view is fantastic, it's possible to see the tall buildings in Central London and even Wembley’s arch. The bonus is the dining room available for rent where you can have a fun gathering to celebrate a special occasion.
We have a nice sense of community in the building. Everyone is super friendly and always available to help. If you forgot your laptop’s charger in the office or you need to borrow a drill just post a message in the private Facebook group and someone will help you. You can also join the book or wine groups.
We have been very happy in our home and have loved living here. We had planned to stay here for a good many more years especially with all the exciting development happening in East Croydon but since our family got bigger we decided to move to a bigger place."
