It's got the benefit of being a short walk to all of the great restaurants and cafes of West Green Road, whilst also being just around the corner from the beautiful Downhill's park.

The convenience store next door is the biggest perk - you will never be caught short running out of something.

It really has the best of everything, and has been a great home.

Friends visiting absolutely love sitting out on the cosy terraces, and having two has been a real bonus.

Location;

The property is surrounded by the local amenities on West Green Road, with a mix of independent shops alongside Sainsbury's and a large Tesco on Seven Sisters Road.
