We charge applicant(s) a single Non Refundable agency fee, which is due in addition to any bond or rent requirement. We charge students £75 each. For an applicant letting one of our residential properties we charge £250. We charge £60 for each additional applicant or guarantor. All fees are due in addition to any rent or bond requirement.

INFORMATION ON TENANT HOLDING DEPOSIT AND ANY OTHER CHARGES Applicants will be required to pay a refundable holding deposit and sign and pre tenancy agreement when securing a property. The holding deposit will be equivalent to 1 weeks rent and will enable us to withdraw the property from our marketing.
