The lounge/diner at the front has a large window looking out onto Brighton Station which is a short walk away. It comes with built in shelving and opens up to a kitchen. 

Off the lounge there is a kitchen with plenty of eye level and under the counter units, gas hob, oven and a washing machine. 

Both bedrooms are good size doubles and offer distant sea views. 

Bathroom has a full size bath with a shower over head and there is a separate WC. 

The location is excellent, so close to the wonders Seven Dials has to offer. What are they? - I sense you ponder....That's great restaurants, boutique shops, cafes and bars. Check out the Red Snapper for a wonderful Thai or if Japanese cuisine is your thing - Murasaki do not disappoint. A wander down the hill and you are in the city centre and the sea front just beyond that. Brighton Station is a super short walk away.
