The property has self-contained electric hot water and heating. Residents can choose their own utility providers but our default suppliers are British Gas for electricity and Severn Trent for water

We have yet to receive the council tax banding confirmation but typical local council tax banding can be found on the Birmingham City Council Website.

There is no parking available in the phase one but residents can apply for a permit from a local parking company at a cost of £156.80 per month (Please note, this is a reduced cost for APO The Holloway Residents Only). Please ask our team for details

DEPOSIT

Our traditional deposit is the equivalent of one months' rent

Alternatively, subject to referencing, this property is available with Flatfair's No Deposit solution. You don't have to pay a security deposit but instead, you would pay a small check-in fee of one week's rent (+VAT). This fee is non-refundable and is not a deposit so cannot be used towards covering the cost of any future damages that might occur. The plan means you don't have to pay the deposit in advance but you are still responsible for paying any outstanding rent or damages.

Apo at The Holloway is a not a pet inclusive building – we unfortunately won’t be able to except your furry friend, however, there are plentiful residences in Birmingham that will!
