From here you enter the entrance hall having stairs rising to the first floor, a handy under stairs storage cupboard and an internal door leading into the lounge, kitchen/dining room and convenient downstairs WC. The lounge is spacious in size and, like the rest of the rooms in this house, it benefits from huge windows allowing light to flood the space. The dining area has ample space for a table and chairs making it the perfect space for entertaining. This room benefits from a dual aspect, with a large window to the front elevation and French doors leading you out to the rear garden.
To the first floor the landing is illuminated by a large double height window, while doors lead off to three good size double bedrooms and family bathroom, which offers a white three-piece suite with contrasting wall and floor tiling.
Externally, the property offers off-road parking at the front, with a driveway that leads to a single attached garage. The rear of the property features a quaint, south-east facing garden. Low-maintenance landscaping includes a large Indian stone patio, perfect for outdoor relaxation, while a gate provides pedestrian access. Solar panels, leased from the council, help reduce energy costs, making this a practical and eco-friendly home.
In short, this lovely property combines modern convenience with a village location, making it a fantastic choice for buyers seeking a comfortable and accessible home.

The Seller's View
I've lived in and loved the property for over 11 years. The space in the property is excellent. It's deceptive from outside: the rooms are all big with the smallest bedroom being a good size double, with a massive amount of storage throughout. The cul-de-sac location is really quiet, and the neighbourhood is safe and friendly. The location couldn't be handier. You're only ever a few minutes’ walk from every local amenity, from the lovely park, primary school and nearest bus stop to the doctor’s surgery. The village itself is a great community, it's a popular area: generally people don't very often leave once they move here as it's so nice! There is everything you could need/want here including a variety of local shops and salons, pubs and restaurants as well as community events. I personally love the access to an abundance of nice country walks, including the Tarvin Woodland Walk which is also just a few minutes from the house and is great for dog-walks too.

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on February 15, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
