Bintree is a small attractive village where there is a post office/village store, church and public house about 1 mile from the village of Foulsham, 6 miles from Reepham, about 15 miles from Norwich and the Broads and less than 20 miles from the coast. The nearby village of Foulsham is an attractive conservation village with shop and post office, primary school, church, chapel, public house, restaurant and bus service to Norwich and Fakenham.

Directions: To find the property leave Reepham in the Bawdeswell direction and at the Garden Centre turn right towards Fakenham. Turn left signposted Byway to Bintee at Algy's Farm Shop and proceed into the village. Turn left into Church Road, past the church.
