NoPosit is a hassle-free alternative to a traditional deposit, providing an opportunity to secure your house for an initial payment of just £30. NoPosit is a non-refundable fee, however, it is much smaller than a traditional deposit. In total, the NoPosit is £180, however, you only pay £30 when you sign the tenancy agreement and a further £30/month is collected for 6 months via direct debit. NoPosit removes the hassle of waiting for the deposit to be returned at the end the tenancy and distributing it amongst your housemates and provides a host of additional benefits worth well over £100.
