Our clients have taken pre app advice on a 20 unit scheme and subsequently revised it to a 19 unit scheme (11 houses and 8 apartments) on the back of recommendations. The site remains in the call for sites, a draft allocation and recently survived a further round of scrutiny.

We understand Three Rivers are more likely to be in favour of smaller infill sites like this than being forced to release large chunks of Green Belt land.
