I moved here nearly six years ago and it has been a wonderful home. I love living in a country environment, with the golf course on the doorstep and excellent walks in the surrounding countryside. Yet it is not far from the village with its two good local primary schools and the Sackville independent secondary school as well as a village hall that offers a variety of activities.
There are two cafes and three pubs in the vicinity as well as the grade II Listed Hilden Manor restaurant, a convenience store, post office and two gift shops.
