SELLERS INSIGHT
Our mother has owned this property since 1994 and it has been a wonderful home for her, with much entertaining and accommodating family and friends, so many happy memories have been created here. Mum was attracted by the beautiful sea views into Tor Bay, across to Torquay Harbour and Marina along with the lovely open views across the wooded Cockington Valley, which are ever changing through the seasons of the year. She would spend many an hour sat on the sofa relaxing and enjoying these stunning views. Originally the garden level accommodation was let as an apartment, initially to celebrities appearing at the Princess Theatre, which provided a lucrative return, but as mum’s needs changed then this was used to accommodate carers, equally the property could comfortably accommodate the extended family. It is with a heavy heart that we are selling the property but really hope the new owners will enjoy the house as much as our family have.
