Full profileProperty listings
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about us. I founded Tenant Finder in 2006, starting from my living room as a landlord myself, drawing on my background in West End marketing. Frustrated with traditional agents, I decided to create a service from scratch – one that truly prioritises landlords by offering a pleasant, straightforward experience while avoiding practices they dislike, such as renewal fees (which we don’t charge). About 15 years ago, we expanded into property sales, and I later changed the company name to simply my own. As of 2025, we are now in our 19th year. This estate agency has been my sole focus, entirely funded and owned by me since the beginning. I live locally in Twickenham with my wife, in a home we own, and I remain an active landlord in the area. Our office is on the high street in St Margarets – a traditional setup that I believe reinforces credibility and trust. I’m fortunate to work with a small, first-class team of colleagues, of whom I’m incredibly proud. We specialise in selling and letting residential properties, as well as managing tenancies. Our property listings feature professional photography, stunning drone shots, and concise, bullet-pointed descriptions that highlight key benefits. Since our early days, we’ve been passionate about supporting the local community, sponsoring and hosting events such as concerts, street parties, art festivals, and film festivals. At present, we host the annual High Tide stage at the Barmy Arena on the Embankment and support charities such as Animal Rescue & Care and Cats Protection. I’d be delighted to welcome you for a no-obligation chat where we can outline our services and answer any questions you may have. Thank you again for your interest, and I hope to meet you soon!
