Location
The site is located within the well established residential neighbourhood of Arleston, Telford. Arleston is located to the north west of Telford Town centre, close to the motorway network via the M54 and approximately 4 miles from Telford Central railway station. The report summarises 'This is an underused and previously developed site in a sustainable location and in this regard, taking into account the Development Plan, the proposed scheme is considered to be compliant with both local and national planning policies and is likely to be supported by the Council subject to detailed design'
