Our decision was also influenced by the proximity to excellent local amenities and transport links to central London, making it an ideal location for both work and leisure and not to forget the amount of light that flows through the property giving it a very warm feel.

After living in the home for over 4 and a half years reaching 5 we have decided to sell as we are looking to relocate to accommodate our growing family needs. We purchased the property when it was just the two of us and now we’re a family of 5. Luckily when we purchased we thought of having children in the future and so purchased a 3 bed. The 3 bedrooms are very spacious and airy. The property was last decorated in 2023 giving it a fresh and modern feel. I take pride in making sure the home is always kept well, so decorating never really ends as I tend to change and keep the property up to spec every year.

We have not extended the property, as we have always appreciated its layout and functionality. Over the years, we have raised 3 children here, who have created countless cherished memories in this home. 

The local amenities are a significant highlight, with our favourites being all types of cultured supermarkets nearby with a variety of options of favourite local shops, parks, and schools with both primary and secondary, The area is well-connected, with Purley oaks, Sanderstead or even Purley train stations, as well as bus routes from South Croydon bus garage making commuting convenient.

As we prepare to move, we will deeply miss the warmth of this home and the sense of community in the area. The friendships we have built and the memories we have created here will always hold a special place in our hearts."
