Description
Situated within the rural hamlet of Oxley's Green and one of only six properties, Jack Fullers is a detached Grade II listed former coaching inn, named after the 18th century politician John Fuller also known locally as Mad Jack Fuller. It enjoys far reaching easterly views over its gardens and beyond and lies about 2.8 miles to the west of the village of Robertsbridge, where there are good range of amenities, including schools, shops and mainline station with frequent services to London.
The internal accommodation features exposed timbers, beams and sandstone walls and, together with the extremely flexible former stables/coach house it amounts to over 4,300 sq ft.
The majority of the ground floor has an open plan configuration, perfect for family living and comprising; a sitting room with wood burning stove, a games room with open fireplace, a dining/breakfast room and kitchen with central island. Appliances include a range cooker, electric hob and integral dishwasher. Off the kitchen there is a good sized utility room with space for white goods and a stable door leading to the rear terrace.
Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are five bedrooms, four with wardrobe cupboards, one with an en suite shower room and one with a shower cubicle. The remaining bedrooms are served by a family bathroom. A further staircase in the oldest part of the house leads up to the second floor where there are two attic bedrooms.
Linked to the main building via a side hall is the former Grade II listed coach house and stables, an extremely versatile and vaulted 42 ft recreation space with wood burning stove, mezzanine storage area, WC and double doors to both the front and rear.
Outside, immediately to the north is a gate that opens to a gravelled area of parking, where there are two garages. The garden is laid mainly to lawn and divided, with the former car park having its own access, now also down to lawn and having several raised vegetable beds.

Broadband availability and predicted speed
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
