We have double rooms (1 with en-suite) and a single room are available to rent in a gorgeous, semi-rural house, overlooking Barnstaple town. Situated in a quiet area two minutes’ walk from the hospital, and a 15-minute walk to Barnstaple town centre. With excellent bus links within 2 minutes of the house and the train station just a 20-minute walk. The house is laid out with a generous communal space – large kitchen/diner and a spacious sitting room. There is also a laundry room and secure area for storage of bikes/surfboards etc. There is off street parking for multiple cars. There is a huge garden surrounding the house, including patio area. We currently have a few rooms available, as follows: Double with ensuite bathroom, Double bedrooms, with use of shared facilities, Single bedroom, with use of shared facilities, Shared facilities include a family bathroom with toilet, a shower room with sink, a shower room with toilet and a toilet with sink. All rooms are furnished but can easily be cleared if you have your own furniture. Rooms are individually priced depending on their size and facilities, ranging from £500- £700/month. All bills, including broadband, are included in price.
These are rooms in a shared house and would be ideal for professional person, This would suit someone who is mature, considerate of others, independent, clean and tidy.
