He started his property journey at Northumbria University where he studied a BSc Hons in Estate Management. In 2020 he opened "Fairs Investments" a sourcing and property education company and in that 1st year purchased £5.7m worth of property carrying out refurbishments to the tune of £624,000. 2020 also saw Tony acquire 2 serviced accommodation units to capitalise on the staycation boom. In the same year he also launched "Fairs Developments" alongside a local planner and Quantity Surveyor and they agreed to their 1st site with a GDV of £1,000,000 which will commence building this summer. He also launched a successful property podcast "Property Talk On The Tyne".
