From the centre of Newquay proceed along Cliff Road/Narrowcliff and Henver Road until reaching a double roundabout. At the second roundabout take the 1st exit (left turn) and drive down the hill towards Porth. At the bottom of the hill the road bears around to the right and after a short distance take a right turn into Lewarne Road. Proceed to the top of the hill and as the road bears to the right, number 12 can be seen on the right.
