A genuinely lovely and contemporary purpose built apartment within lovely grounds amid some splendid cedar trees. It has a luxury feel given the gated grounds, secure entrance systems and is very well looked after and maintained. I love the sitting room - its very tranquil, lots of light and space (the ceiling is high) and some nice features, primarily the Juliet Balcony. Also very pleasing is the close proximity to Ross on Wye, the river, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Probably between 1/4 and 1/2 a mile, so good to walk to, particularly if you fancy that beer or a glass of wine.
