Property Details

The vibrant village of Bucknell is approximately 4 miles North West of Bicester. This gem of a village has a real community feel, with the Trigger Pond pub a popular attraction.

Nearby Bicester is a historic market centre, one of the fastest growing towns in Oxfordshire favoured by the proximity of junction 9 of the M40 motorway linking London and Birmingham. The historic shopping streets have a wide range of local and national shops together with cafes, pubs, restaurants, weekly markets and an occasional French market. Bicester village with 170 luxury boutiques is a dream destination for designer shopping, and the new retail park has a Marks and Spencer Food Hall. Bicester North offers a great commuter service to London Marylebone in around 45 minutes and you can reach Birmingham in 1 hour. The refurbished Bicester Village Station offers a service to Oxford Parkway and a further service to London Marylebone.

Vendors Thoughts:

Living at 32 Middleton Road has been a wonderful experience. The inviting living room, thanks to its trio of windows, is filled with lovely natural light in the mornings. In the evenings, it transforms into a cosy spot to relax with family in front of the fireplace. The kitchen features a spacious island and dining area, making it a pleasure to cook and entertain. It offers plenty of counter and cupboard space, as well as lovely views of the fields beyond.

Outside, the back garden provides a private space, perfect for summer barbecues on the decking while enjoying the surrounding countryside. We will miss the stunning sunsets! The front garden has ample parking, mature borders, and a pond.

The village of Bucknell is a fantastic place to live, with friendly neighbours and a strong sense of community. Our children have spent many enjoyable hours at the local park and loved exploring the numerous bridle paths while dog walking or cycling. The village also boasts a highly regarded pub, the Trigger Pond, known for its delicious Sunday roasts!

We hope that the next family will find as much joy in 32 Middleton Road as we have.
