Planning permission was applied for in 2014 to erect 2 link attached bungalows with detached garages and associated driveway/parking. This application was refused by New Forest District Council. Planning application number 14/11229 (NFDC Council). The refusal was appealed and subsequently dismissed in 2015. Planning was subsequently refused in 2022 for erection of a dwellinghouse & outbuildings with associated access works and landscaping enhancements.
