You really will need to drive if you move here.

It’s around 10 minutes in the car to the shops in Launceston or 20 minutes in the opposite direction if you want to hit the beach.

If you have young children, Egloskerry School (rated “Good” by Ofsted) is around 10 minutes drive away in the nearby village. Older kids will head to Launceston to Launceston College (another “Good” school).

The landlord is looking for good long term tenants who are looking to put down roots but because it’s actually on a working site they’d prefer tenants without pets.
